R&T Enterprises is one of the largest speaker enclosure manufacturers in the WORLD!  We manufacture 1,000's of enclosures every week!  When our final quality control inspection is made and a box is determined to be cosmetically imperfect for whatever reason, it is  marked as "B" Stock and seperated from regular stock. Closeouts, Overstock, Factory Seconds!

ALL "B" Stock Merchandise Is Functionally Perfect & With Performance Equal To Our Regular Line Merchandise!

Examples of what imperfections you might find:

  • Carpet color shade slightly off.
  • Carpet seam not perfect or even slightly seperated.
  • Carpet slightly damaged in shipping to a dealer & returned.
  • Woofer screw holes. Enclosure used at a trade show & a woofer was loaded for display purposes.
  • Slight denting in wood, but no loss of structural integrity.
  • Woofer hole cut-outs slightly irregular, but usable.
  •  Discontinued item or color.
